The primary challenges faced by local elected representatives and city managers are to make their city at the same time liveable and competitive. These challenges have become more and more complex. They are forcing local leaders to strengthen their capacities in order to discover new solutions.

Metropolis and Cisco’s workshop “Cities’ Capacity Building: Needs Assessment for Local Leadership Program” will offer to organizations involved in training and capacity building an opportunity to collaborate in elaborating an adapted leadership learning program.
